It's looking based on the sinceid parameter. So in this case it seem to be suck on GET /content/blurbs/global?sinceid=63556 and not seeing anything new even though there were newer posts appearing elsewhere.

So that's interesting. The BlurbyBot monitor process seemed to stop getting anything newer from 10C after a certain point until I kicked it over. I wonder if something is getting cached with the requests.
