If anything it'd would be in the form of a web app and they'd call it a success. I doubt Microsoft will throw serious money into anything native unless they saw their enterprise customers making a major shift, which would mean Windows 10 failed badly.

One of their special attachment types. Which also seem to have a corrisponding emoji as well. But no real value translating a single emoji into a blurb so I think I'll tuck that away for now.

So it seems Telegram stickers are in WebP format. Not sure it's worth messing with considering the limited support for webp. (Apparently I can't seem to close my editor and move on)
