@kdfrawg particularly stuff thats leased to the enterprise. Companies pay less and less so the quality degrades along with it. Which is dumb because in th end they spend more on lost productivity and support than buying a half way decent machine.
I used to complain how crappy my work laptop was with it's bad display and terrible keyboard. Now that my co-workers have new machines that suffer from all kinds of hardware issues I'm suddenly content with what I have and carry a keyboard w/ me.
Just added a couple of new ideas to my #code ideas list and cleared out some old ones. This has been good I think to let stuff muddle around a while in my brain before attempting to add it to my already full plate. ?
@joeo10 True I could do that. But I also could leave it on the counter as a warning to all the other coffee mugs.
@matigo I get the impression that in a few cases it might be personal preference. But DS9 probably a standard pattern.
I've been staring at my screen for the last 10 minutes and wondering if it appeared fuzzy because my eyes were tired or if it was the beer I just had. It finally dawned on my that I needed to clean my glasses.
Meetings done, lunch aquired, tunes playing, let's see if I can jump into some fun code this afternoon.
Been too busy to follow social lately but still squeezing bits of code and active in various chats. In other words I'm not dead yet.
