Yeah things have been nuts. The community around here is amazing and everyone has been pulling together and helping out wherever possible.

There are a few hot spots in the area. Fortunately the neighborhood was spared. But the area is still unsafe so it'll be a bit longer until it's clear.

My wife managed to get into the house for 5 min with a police escort so we can say for certain we still have our home. The bummer is the area is still closed for a few more days. So heading south for a bit to escape the smoke. 

In SF today for a bit of distraction. The Academy of Sciences are giving free admission to those impacted by the fires.

Just a quick check-in for those wondering. Family and I are still safe staying with family in Rohnert Park. Things are still very much uncertain but we are hoping for the best.

No word yet but doesn't look good at the moment.

My family and I were evacuated from our home in the middle of the night due to wild fires. Family is all okay.

This sinus thing I've developed over the last day is messing with my ability to get things done. ?

I'm sure their user numbers have dropped a lot in recent years. But some people like to hold on to stuff that works. That is until it doesn't.
